Job Description
As a BPO Recruitment Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, understanding of BPO industry trends, and the ability to attract and retain top-performing candidates.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, identifying recruitment needs, and designing innovative strategies to attract suitable candidates. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
As a BPO Recruitment Strategy Manager, you will also be responsible for managing the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will develop relationships with universities and organizations to build a strong talent pipeline, and you will continuously enhance the recruitment process based on industry best practices.
