Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Program Manager – Contractor to join our team. As the Knowledge Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and programs to enhance organizational learning and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute knowledge management strategies and initiatives to capture, organize, and disseminate information and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and communication.
- Implement knowledge management systems and tools to support efficient knowledge capture, storage, and retrieval.
- Design and deliver training programs to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management programs and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Information Science or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
