Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Officer in Charge II. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise branch staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
