Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Shift Leader. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular stock audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide expert product knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve store performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
