Job Description
Provides proficient customer service by responding to customer inquiries either over the phone or in person, locating products or merchandise which the customer is looking for, attending to customer complaints, and assisting them in fulfilling their needs while in the store premises.
Preserves the 7-Eleven store image of cleanliness and orderliness by sweeping and mopping the floor, keeping all machines clean, maintaining cleanliness of the fast-food area, sales counter area, selling area, back lot, and parking area, and keeping the store’s overall appearance neat and orderly.
Assists in price tagging of merchandise for displaying.
Displays products strategically and according to set standards and procedures to optimize the possibility of generating higher sales.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
