Job Description
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating new hire orientation sessions and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handling inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including documentation and tracking.
- Organizing HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
- Government benefits updating and monitoring.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
