Job Description
Job Description:
- Prepare GST returns
- Assisting the senior accounting team with tasks
- Full Bookkeeping Function, ability to reconcile bank accounts
- Proficient in Xero and able to do Xero tidy ups
- Advanced knowledge of bank reconciliation
- Process month-end and year-end journals
Requirements:
- To have knowledge and understanding of how to review files for GST period ie: the GST status of transactions, when it can and cannot be claimed and other special situations ie: GST on Custom imports
- To have a knowledge and understanding of the Bookkeeping process and Xero file coding
- Understand how to setup Xero ledgers, import and coding transactions efficiently
- To be Xero certified and maintain this certification each year
- To manage own workflow so that task are completed in line with Beany processes and expectations and be competent in regards to these processes
- New Zealand Experience

Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
