Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team. We are a dedicated & friendly bunch and are keen to continue to give our clients the best possible service. With this reputation, we are looking for someone who is dedicated, professional, and eager to be part of our tight-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering emails
- Providing assistance to customers about the product or service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least a graduate of Senior High School
- With or without BPO experience
- Any relevant customer service experience
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
- Basic English communication skills
