Position: Japanese Bilingual HR CSR
Work Setup: Onsite (MOA, Pasay)
Work Schedule: Mid / Night Shift
Salary Package: PHP 85,00 MAX
Job Description:
- Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
- Works towards ensuring all service levels are met per client expectations.
- Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve ongoing issues.
- Respond to emails related to various areas of Human Resources following client policies and procedures.
- Assists Human Resources or managers in completing appropriate forms, and navigating HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Resolves any escalations regarding issues raised by clients’ employees related to incorrect payments and records.
- Provide information to managers or Human Resources on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.
- Initiates appropriate actions as required by HR or manager.
Job Requirements:
- Must have N2 proficiency
- Must be able to write and read Kanji
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) must be fluent in both English and Japanese language.
- At least Senior High School graduate with BPO account experience or HRO corporate.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work onsite in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
- Amenable to working on night/mid/shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP

Salary: PHP 80,00.00 – PHP 85,00.00 per month
