Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to showcase our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
