Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative in Quezon City – Bridgetown.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Resolve concerns and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Marketing courses with no BPO experience
- HS graduate and College undergraduate is accepted with at least 6 months Data Entry experience
- Open for freshers
- Not strict with comms: decent or good comms
- Showcase excellent communication skills.
