Job Description
We are looking for a personable, experienced call center agent professional for our clients. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our client’s potential customers regarding a variety of products and Utility services by their company (our clients).
The Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, updates, or are seeking information about billing services such as electricity, water, or internet. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling customers.
- Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately.
- Provide engaging information regarding services.
- Process customer requests quickly and accurately to meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
