Job Description
Order Fulfillment Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized customer records, order histories, and interactions using the company’s CRM software.
Problem-Solving: Analyze complex customer situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Team Communication: Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to communicate customer feedback, trends, and issues to improve overall service quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in order processing, customer interactions, and post-sales support.
