Job Description
Remote Employee PH has a great opportunity for you as a Premium Auditor.
Role: Premium Auditor
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,00 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.
Work setup: Work from Office
Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing premium audit reports for various types of commercial insurance policies.
- Analyzing premium audit reports and communicating your findings through writing.
- Entering updates to policies based on those audit reports, adhering to established guidelines and underwriting instructions.
- Reviewing of information obtained through audit support team, ensuring all records have been submitted.
- Requesting additional information and records from insured to complete the audit, in compliance with state regulations and audit guidelines.
- Maintaining working knowledge of all insurance manuals, premium audits manuals, and related material.
- Inputting a summary of audit information in Premium Audit Tracking System for final Audit Transaction to determine premium adjustment.
- Works across a larger span of geographical territory, understanding state-specific rules and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must have academic and working knowledge of US accounting & GAAP (General accepted accounting principles).
- Must have worked as an accountant or as a premium auditor for US companies for at least 1+ years. 3+ years’ experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of General Liability and Workers Compensation is required.
- Must be able to clearly communicate (via email and over the phone) during the premium audit process with commercial policyholder & insurance agents.
- Will need to work between 7 am CST and 7 pm CST with expected work hours of 40 hours per week.
