Job Description

Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc., a company engaged in the establishment, operations, and management of lodging and dining places, is currently in need of an Inventory Controller. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining appropriate supplies and basic needs for the company’s establishments. The main duties involve inventory tracking, updating daily reports, and handling administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track various aspects of inventory by gathering data using computerized systems
• Ensure the proper distribution of inventory and track any defective items
• Monitor purchase rates, returns, and ensure accuracy of products
• Update filling reports and provide solutions for any shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate periodic safety inspections and testing of specialized utility equipment
• Coordinate safety inspections and testing of products or equipment
• Create a systematic tracking system for stocks and generate daily reports to avoid inaccuracies and errors
• Accurately allocate stocks to corresponding establishments or units
• Create and suggest processes and procedures for primary inventory control functions
• Maintain an accurate labeling system
• Ensure proper receipt and storage of products
• Develop and implement an inventory management strategy

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Business or any related course
• Proficient in computerized databases and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiar with inventory management strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least three (3) years of experience in inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
