Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Visiting existing/potential customers and conducting product demonstrations.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in ECE, Computer Engineering/Technical/IT, or equivalent.
- Preferably knowledgeable in driving a car and motorcycle, and possesses a valid Driver’s License. Willing to travel on-site within or outside Alabang, Muntinlupa City (all travel expenses will be reimbursed including other allowances).
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment, maintenance, and repair (desktop or laptop, printers and scanners repair).
- Full-time position available in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
