Job Description:

• Oversee operations to ensure safety
• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
• Manage production
• Create and manage budgets
• Recruit, train and onboard new employees
• Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
• Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
• Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business related course (Management), Engineering, or any equivalent
• Proven managerial experience in a food manufacturing company
• Must have experience in the coconut industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Knowledgeable on safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php150,00.00 – Php250,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
