Job Description
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy helping others and providing top-notch care? We are currently seeking a passionate Community and Property Concierge to join our team.
As a Community and Property Concierge, your main responsibility will be to ensure that residents and guests have a positive experience in our community. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and will help residents with various tasks, such as scheduling maintenance requests, providing local recommendations, and organizing community events.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist residents and their guests with a smile
- Answer phone calls and emails and address inquiries promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Plan and execute community events to foster a sense of belonging
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred
