Job Description
Job Overview:
The Product Specialist is a position that combines sales, marketing, and technical skills to manage, promote, and sell a particular product line. The Product Specialist expands relationships with existing and prospective clients by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the product.
The Product Specialist works with the marketing department to develop a long-term marketing strategy that includes promotions, market analysis, and trend analysis to determine the position of the product in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Makes the necessary preparations for the system presentation to potential clients
- Conducts actual demonstration of the assigned product line (ERIC ERP and/or ERIC DMS)
- Scope and documents the business requirements and identify possible system modifications and system enhancements
- Provides product orientation to Account Managers and Marketing
- Accompany Account Managers to client meetings
Product Development:
- Responsible for product development to improve product functions and provide the customer with additional benefits.
- Collaborates with Marketing for possible product promotion, branding, and advertising
- Market Research, Account Prospecting, and Lead Generation Activities
- Conducts Competitor Research and Product/Market Analysis
- Performs other responsibilities as directed by management.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IE, IT, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in product management, product marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for technology and innovation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
