Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Associate in our organization. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team to effectively manage various human resources functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in HR is a plus
