Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual for the position of Chat Support – Delivery Account. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and complaints. This position focuses on providing support to our valued customers in regards to delivery-related matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and assistance regarding delivery status, tracking numbers, and delivery updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints related to delivery
- Documenting customer interactions and escalating unresolved problems to appropriate teams
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries
- Previous experience in a similar role or with delivery platforms is a plus
