Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operations of the office.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging appointments and travel itineraries, and organizing meetings and events. You will also be responsible for handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
