Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and serve as a Scrum Master. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies.
Your main duties will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize product requirements, managing the product backlog, and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality products within the specified timeframe.
As a Scrum Master, you will also facilitate the Agile/Scrum process, conduct regular stand-up meetings, and remove any obstacles that may impede the team’s progress. Additionally, you will work closely with the project manager to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of products.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and strong analytical abilities. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
