Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Will handle administrative functions such as, but not limited to, the filing of complaints, court hearings, and filing of motions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memos;
- File complaints before the Office of the City Prosecutor;
- Attend court hearings, mediation proceedings, and transact official business;
- Closely monitor and follow-up their respective accounts;
- Submit recommendations to the Legal Manager regarding the proper and appropriate action to be undertaken on their accounts;
- Remarks in the system the court orders and other legal documents concerning the status of with case accounts for proper monitoring;
- Assist, negotiate, enter into a compromise agreement with clients who report in the office;
- Supervision of staff under the branch’s Legal department; and
- Perform other duties and functions that may be assigned by the Legal Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field such as Paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law.
- Must have a background and experience in handling BP22 Cases from preparation up to the court process.
Salary ranges from Php 20,00 to Php 30,00 depending on experience.
