Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms to drive effective customer engagement and lead nurturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring automated marketing campaigns, managing customer database segmentation, and analyzing campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and content that maximize engagement and conversion rates.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and best practices. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred. A keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and identify insights is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns using marketing automation software.
- Manage and maintain customer database segmentation for effective campaign targeting.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and creative assets for automated campaigns.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
