Job Description
- Carried-out the company Safety and Health, Security management manual across all development sites.
- Conduct Safety orientation to contracted contractors.
- Inspect workplace/development site regularly. Discuss with Site Supervisor all safety and security deficiencies and provide effective means to eliminate or minimize workplace hazards/risks.
- Act as Safety and Health Committee Secretariat.
- Prepares S&H Committee Minutes of Meeting.
- Prepares Safety and Health Report submitted to Head Office.
- Submit Safety and Health Report to DOLE regional field office having jurisdiction of the workplace.
- Conduct toolbox talk.
- Conduct incident investigation of all accidents and near-misses.
- Spearhead emergency drills.
- Provides assistance in implementing safety programs.
- Promotes safety practices and enforces safety guidelines.
- Receives reports from and responds to orders issued by DOLE inspector.
- Collect daily work monitoring report from the contractor, record accumulated man-hours.
- Assist government inspectors in the conduct of safety and health inspections at any time whenever work is being performed or during the conduct of an accident investigation.
- Conduct security surveillance and inspection to all deployed security guards/personnel.
