Job Description
A Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within a company. They work closely with various departments to determine data requirements, perform data cleansing and transformation, and create reports and visualizations to present findings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and interpreting data from various sources.
- Designing and implementing data models and databases.
- Performing statistical analysis and data mining.
- Developing and maintaining data analysis tools and systems.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (such as SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
