Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our dynamic team.
Accounts that we offer include: Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
- Matching customers’ demands to Clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilizing negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing specific information with internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
