Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workforce Real Time Analyst to join our Travel Account team. As a Workforce Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the real-time staffing levels of our travel account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound call volume and agent schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Make real-time adjustments to staffing levels based on call volume and agent availability
- Analyze data and generate reports on call volumes, service levels, and performance
- Identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize staffing schedules
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Real Time Analyst in a contact center environment, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in workforce management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
