Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Program Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR information.
- Coordinate training programs and track employee participation and feedback.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the management of employee performance reviews and evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
