Job Description
1. To oversee/manage operations of the Branch
2. In charge of Business Development of the Branch, lateral growth and new clients
3. Coordinates with Head Office regularly to resolve client’s concerns and issues/challenges in operations.
4. Ensures timely submission of Timekeeping, collection and other reports as required by Immediate Superior/Management and clients
5. Monitors billings to clients from on time transmittal to on time collection.
6. Conducts weekly meeting among staff to resolve any pending minor and major concerns of the previous week whether client or internal problem-related issues.
7. Ensures submission of weekly minutes of meeting report
8. Ensures submission of semi-monthly reporting every month to Immediate Superior.
9. Ensures concerns of clients/deployed workers are addressed/resolved immediately or with a reasonable lead time.
10. Reports and closely coordinates with Legal for potential labor cases
11. Ensures immediate resolution of Head office concerns related to Timekeeping that affects the billing & payroll processing and collection.
12. Validates and Approves petty cash reimbursements and expenses.
