Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Account – Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will play a critical role in managing financial accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing financial transactions accurately and timely
- Assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns related to their accounts
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to support client needs
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. A background in finance or related field is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
