Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and assistance with navigating through the online shopping platform.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product inventory, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
