Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in the Post Audit department. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis and review of financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with the Post Audit Manager and other team members to identify potential financial risks and recommend appropriate action for improvement. You will also participate in the development and implementation of audit procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting financial audits and investigations
- Review and analyze financial records and transactions
- Identify potential areas of non-compliance or fraudulent activity
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
