Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Accounting Supervisor;
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, email correspondence, etc;
• Processing transactions, including preparation of vouchers, posting entries, issuing and depositing checks;
• Updating books of accounts;
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Monthly Compliance (50%) – Updating of Books of Accounts:

• Cash Disbursement Journal
• Cash Receipt Journal
• General Journal
• General Ledger
• Subsidiary Purchase Journal
• Subsidiary Sales Journal

2. Execution of support to Supervisor (30%)

• Preparation of schedule of accounts needed for the financial reports
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable
• Coordination with suppliers and vendors
• Inventory support

3. Execution of day-to-day transactions including administrative side (20%)

Competencies Required:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course;
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting tasks;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel;
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles;
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
