Job Description
Research potential sponsored partnership for native advertisement.
Respond to sales inquiries and close sales deals.
Providing quality customer service through email responses.
Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
Completing email reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal department.
Answering emails from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Attend daily meetings for sales discussions, new instructions and/or guidance.
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
Able to meet monthly sales target/quota.
