Job Description
You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Criminology, or any related field
- Defensive Driving Skills
- Nice to Have Areas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- Knowledge on rules of court – criminal procedures
- Knowledge on rules of procedure for small claims cases
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, credit investigation, or field collections preferably from a bank or other financial institution
As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
- Manages the cases of the AOR performance assigned.
- Conducts investigation on cases of possible fraudulent activities, verifies submitted information using any available methods, tools and resources, and sends accurate reports within agreed SLA.
- Conducts Anti Fraud Awareness on his/her assigned AOR.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports new and recurring Fraud trends based on data from investigation results.
- Constantly reviews investigation process and procedures and recommends process improvements.
- Represents the company and testifies in prosecution and litigation of criminal cases and assists in recovery of losses and damages.
