Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Officer to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivables Officer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the accounts receivable functions of the company.
Your main tasks will include processing and reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and following up on outstanding payments. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies and ensure timely collection of receivables.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail. A solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in using accounting software are also required.
