Job Description
As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating international trade operations. You will be responsible for managing and executing all trade-related activities, including coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and handling documentation.
Your main responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to coordinate the movement of goods. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
In addition to operational tasks, you will also be involved in maintaining accurate records, analyzing trade data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize trade operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
