Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for building positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, serving as their advocate and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests via various communication channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve prompt and accurate resolutions
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
