Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Collector and Credit Investigator at Radiowealth Finance Company. As a Collector and Credit Investigator, you will be responsible for managing and investigating outstanding debts, ensuring timely payment from customers, and resolving credit issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough credit investigations to evaluate the creditworthiness of customers
- Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to resolve credit-related issues
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries regarding credit matters
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Prior experience in credit investigation or debt collection would be advantageous.
