Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities in our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient workflows
- Managing a team of workers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
- Monitoring operational performance and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
