Job Description
We are currently seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization’s total rewards programs.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies, conducting market research to ensure our rewards packages remain competitive, managing the performance management process, and providing guidance and support to management and employees regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, and Legal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of our total rewards programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, excellent analytical and project management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in total rewards are required.
