Job Description
Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective facilitation of vehicle reception and providing customer services in the Body and Paint Department through liaising between the customer and the BP Workshop, monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs and proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation, and reportorial requirements as prescribed by AUTOHUB, Company, and Plant/Manufacturer.
