Job Description
- Performs troubleshoot, PMS, and assemble of heavy equipment and available vehicles.
- Diagnose all heavy equipment and vehicle problems and make recommendations for repair and/or parts replacement.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as change oil, change filter, etc.
- Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product.
- Ensure to arrive on time or ahead of time at the service workshop and be ready for work.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Monitor inventory of tools and parts when necessary.
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
- Ensure 5S at all times.
- Use compulsory protective equipment.
- Ensure safety of the day-to-day operation.
- Accept and perform such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
