Job Description
Drafting and reviewing company policies.
Developing legal compliance programs.
Drafting commercial contracts.
Writing dispute letters.
Advising management on avoiding or managing potential risks.
Monitoring and auditing processes, practices and documents to identify potential risks.
Training staff on compliance guidelines and informing them of any legal changes.
Compliance of Business Permits and other business requirements.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
