Job Description

Main job duties are:
- Recruitment Specialist: Finds and hires new employees, with expertise in screening the best candidates.
- Employee Relations Officer: Handles workplace relationships and conflicts.
- Training Coordinator: Organizes employee training programs.
- Manages employee pay and benefits
- Policy and Compliance Officer
- Develops HR policies and ensures legal compliance.
