About the Client:

Retail industry, Brands include high-end bridal dresses, shoewear, bags, and headpiece.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle high-end brands with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
• Ensure that racks and displays are organized to showcase products effectively.
• Assist clients and customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Address inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the store.
• Assist in managing back-office processes to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Generate and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist personal shoppers with client requests.
• Ensure that personal shopper activities align with the store’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales/retail or similar industry.
• Undergrads are welcome as long as you have excellent communication skills and selling skills.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide assistance, answer inquiries, and offer product information.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Operate POS/Cashier systems efficiently (if applicable).
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Utilize MS Word and Excel to generate reports as needed.
• Utilize sewing and measurement-taking skills for specific tasks are a PLUS.
