Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our customer support team, ensuring excellent service and support to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer support trends and issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
