Job Description
1. Sell and promote assigned make up cosmetics and skin care product.
2. Achieve sales targets.
3. Submit accurate and timely inventory and sales reports.
4. Build rapport with customers and able to demonstrate or explain product features and benefits.
5. Use existing marketing support (promotions, GWP, product knowledge, etc) to help achieve sales targets.
6. Receives incoming supplies and enters them into logbook.
7. Ensure safekeeping of stocks.
8. Regularly verify stock count.
9. Minimize lost and damaged stocks.
10. Coordinate with delivery and pull out of products.
11. Maintains cleanliness of the selling area.
12. Regularly attend product training and educate oneself about makeup and skincare products sold.
13. Report competitive insights to supervisor (e.g. promotions).
14. Report stock concerns or customer complaints to supervisor in a timely manner.
15. Maintain excellent rapport with department store managers.
16. Performs such other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above enumeration.
